At The Life Skills Spot, we value your time and are committed to providing a transparent, supportive experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

General Refunds

If you need to cancel a prepaid session or plan, we’re here to help. Refunds—full or partial—can be processed easily through our Square dashboard. Once your refund is initiated, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. You’ll also receive a confirmation email or text for your records.

General Refunds

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged $300 (the rate for the 90-minute session only). Documentation time will not be charged.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund.

Quick Connect Sessions

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the full session fee will be charged.

Comprehensive Packages

Each package includes one make-up session for a missed appointment.

Sessions missed after the first cannot be made up or refunded.

Intensive Sessions

Intensive sessions require significant preparation and time in order to be streamlined and efficient for you. Therefore the cancellation policy is as follows:

at least 7 days notice: full refund

at least 4 days notice: 50% refund

less than 48 hours notice: full session rate will be charged
