3-4 Hour Dedicated Session: This is an immersive, highly focused block of time to thoughtfully tackle a single, complex issue or kickstart a major life skill. Sessions are typically held on a Saturday for your convenience.

Personalized Preparation: Your therapist dedicates significant time prior to your session to structure educational materials, prepare strategies, and identify accommodation options. This ensures our time together is thoughtfully utilized and highly productive.

Action Plan & Resources: You'll leave with a clear, actionable plan and tailored resources to confidently continue your progress.
